This week hasn't been such a productive one for Adam and Lyra, with a certain person turning nine and a party with goodies and cake not helping! See how they got on below!

Adam's challenge this week was to complete:

Three planks, one minute each.
Two gym sessions, half an hour each.
One cycling session, over an hour.

Adam completed:

Two planks, one minute each.
One weight session, fifteen minutes.

Adam started the week at:

93.7kg

and he ended his week at:

96.4kg

Lyra's challenge this week was to complete:

Three trampoline sessions, 100 jumps each.
One swimming session, half an hour.
One skating session, over an hour.
One cycling session, over an hour.

Lyra completed:

One trampoline session, half an hour.
One swimming session, half an hour.

Lyra started the week at:

41.1kg

and she ended her week at:

41.5kg

Adam said of this past week,

"This week has been particularly hard - with the heat here plus demands of rushing around for Lyra's 9th party, party food and cake, it was just bit of a write-off! We still managed to squeeze in swimming, trampolining, a weight lifting session and a couple of planks. We also concentrated on healthy eating around the party. Our results do show what happens when you take a week off - but we're not worried; we're back on it for week 4!"
