With a week full of pain and discomfort, Adam has struggled to hit his Week 5 goals due to a bad back, but has been eating clean with a healthy diet and no 'bad snacks'. Lyra however has hit all of her targets! Check out their progress and weigh ins below!

Adam's challenge this week was to complete:

Three planks, one minute 30 seconds each.
Two gym sessions, 45 minutes each.
Two cycling sessions, over an hour.

Adam completed:

Two bike sessions at 30 minutes each.

 

Adam started the week at:

95.3kg

and he ended his week at:

94.9kg

 

Lyra's challenge this week was to complete:

Three trampoline sessions, 200 jumps each.
One swimming session, half an hour.
One skating session, over an hour.
2 bike riding sessions, over an hour each.

Lyra completed:

Three trampoline sessions, 200 jumps each.
One swimming session, an hour.
One skating session, half an hour.
1 bike ride to school.

Lyra started the week at:

42kg

and she ended her week at:

41.8kg
