"This week I'm up in London away from my usual routine. I'm really missing my classes however I have a new routine I can do in the comfort of my hotel room. I'm still eating healthy, and choosing more active routes to stay fit too like taking stairs instead of lifts and walking to the shops instead of driving. Even if I only maintain what I've achieved that's still a result in my eyes!"
