"Last week after changing my diet I lost 8lb in one week! I'm just over a stone away from my target goal and feeling amazing.
I do miss my carbs and can't wait to have a treat meal on day 14 but it's not a difficult diet to keep to or understand. I also treated myself to some wild Bangarang goodies and they arrived on Tuesday! So here's a few pictures of me wearing them in one of the fitness classes I attend! They are so comfy! And everyone commented on how awesome they are."
