"This week has been great, I've only lost a 1lb BUT I've lost an inch from my waist and hips, and half an inch from my arms. So goes to show don't just rely on your scales! As of next week I'll be away training for a new job so I'll be sad as all the classes I'll be missing, however my awesome PR Marty is doing me a plan I can do whilst away to stay on track! The only thing I'm worried about is my food up there as there's no cooking facilities, but I'm sure I'll find a way!"
