"This week hasn't been as great. I came down with the sickness bug twice in the week which resulted in having to miss two exercise classes.
I'm unsure if it's just my mentality but, and I will be honest because this is all part of the journey, because of it I feel really sluggish and negative. I tried going for a long walk to help my mood when I felt better but it was short lived. Next week I'll be back on track again as these things can't be helped and I'll put in an extra 10% to try and make up for this week!
On a more positive note my jeans that I wore before I had my last two children are really baggy so I've nearly dropped another dress size!"
