'This week I've pushed myself and did a extra boot camp session in preparation for upping my classes to 5 a week.
I did ache after but it was great and I feel I've achieved something by adapting so well to it. I also did weighted squats with a 20kg kettle bell & a Bulgarian bag on my shoulders.
On the scale side of things I had a maintain which is better than gaining I suppose but I would love to eventually get down to 10 stone, slowly but surely.'
