ISANA: Getting Fit So Far!

Our Marketing Manager Isana has been cutting back on her pizzas and hitting the gym as well as skating as much as she can back home in Tenerife! Check out her blog entry and how she is getting on with her new fitness regime.
"I've finished my FIT 1st month! And I'm so happy with the results. Not only about the weight loss but my strength and motivation. Now I can do more things without getting exhausted and I feel happier and full of energy! 
I am still eating 5 times a day with small quantities but with nutritionist control. I want to be healthier, not undernourished! I do workouts 3 times a week, including skating, and I'm in love with this sport! I blame Simone for teaching me because now I'm addicted. Skating is a good cardio activity and to get stronger legs and butt.
So my results for this month: Goal achieved! I have lost 3kg (6.61 pounds) of fat and 5cm (1,97 inchs) waist. I'm so happy to keep my FIT program!"
