Our marketing manager Isana is based in Tenerife, and is blogging her weightloss with us in a Wild Bangarang Fitness blog!
"These past months I've gained weight (too much Domino’s, you know lol) and now I’m back in Tenerife, I have started to eat healthy and do some exercise to lose all this fat.
It’s hard, I’m not going to lie to you. I quit milk (even cheese, and I love cheese), alcohol (no more cider) and of course sweets, pizzas, and every sort of pre-cooked food and fast-food. I’m eating 5 meals a day, but small quantities to try not to be hungry and I don’t eat too many calories in one single meal.
Also, I’m doing exercise 5 times a week but this first week was hard, really hard. I did HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), some cardio and toning workout.
The result? I’m so happy. I have lost 4.4lb only this week so it’s worth it 😊 I know the last few pounds are the hardest to lose, but I'm motivated to keep going."
