Kelli's Fitness Blog with Wild Bangarang Fitness - Week 3

"This week, March 24th, my workouts consisted of 1 day of Pilates, 1 day of TRX & 3 days of cardio & weights...I'm also starting back using my infrared sauna every other day to help sweat out some impurities...gotta tone up before the end of April!

I will be working on my diet a bit more in a couple weeks...I love food!!!! I hate giving up anything, but sometimes you've gotta do it! LOL ...here are a few pix from my workouts this week."
