Kelli's Fitness Blog with Wild Bangarang Fitness - Week 4

'I took this Jump Class for the first time this week...an entire hour of jumping!!! It almost killed me!! Means I need to do it more!!
This week also consisted of 2 days at the gym doing cardio & weights, plus one day of Pilates.
Didn't work out as many days as usual, because that Jump class kicked my butt for 2 days...could barely walk! I'm going to work twice as hard next week, but for now here's a gym selfie - every little helps, and I'm on my way to my target goal!'
