"This week I've done Pilates once & went to the gym for cardio twice ...I've started back at using my infrared sauna about 3 times a week (I can burn about 300 calories in 30 min in there)...I also started my fast with www.almased.com shakes.
Right now I only get 3 shakes a day for 7-14 days...we'll see if I can make it 14 days! It's not that I can't, I just get so bored & need to chew on something...the longest I've made it on just shakes in the past is 13 days...I lost about 10 pounds. Hoping to do the same this time around...I'm only in day 2 right now! Today's pix I'm sharing are from my Pilates class."
