"Here are a couple pics from this week...I try to do a few push-ups, planking & crutches at home too, in between workouts...so these are my home pix!
My workout this week has consisted of 1 Pilates, 1 TRX & 2 days at the gym, consisting of cardio & weights...my diet had pretty much been the SeeFood diet...what I see, I eat! LOL!"
